Anjesh Pandit

Anjesh is academically inclined, he is an alumnus of the prestigious London School of Economics for their Corporate Finance Law offering. He holds an LLM degree in Law with Corporate Specialization from the esteemed National Law University (Mumbai) and is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Master in Economics as well as Master in Political Science.

Anjesh joins us from VP & Associates where he was part of the general corporate and IBC practice. He comes with more than 5 years of diverse experience in corporate functions including secretarial due diligence. In the field of law, his experience spans across Advocacy and Advisory, Corporate Commercial Drafting and Counsel Practice. His earlier roles also gave him extensive experience in Corporate Secretarial, Issues and crisis management and Corporate Re- Structuring.

He is member of Bar council of Maharashtra Goa and Bar Council of India. He became company secretary in Feb 2014 and thereafter acquired the membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Mr. Dilip is a fellow chartered accountant and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since January 2013 he has handled the litigations arising in Direct tax and Indirect tax practice, having experience in Corporate Audit, Taxation and Financial Planning for more than 8 years. He has represented clients before various authorities such as ITO, CIT, CIT (A) and ITAT.

During his tenure at Ph.D. and Associated he handled all kinds of Legal issues be it HR, Commercial, Contractual, Joint-Venture/Acquisition Merger as well as Company matters, etc., besides active participation in various Negotiation committees, he holds vast experience in handling policy/high stake commercial litigation/Arbitration before the courts and Arbitral Tribunals.

Vivek S Daunde

He joins us from the chamber of Wahab Khan and Associates. He has rich and vast experience in criminal and allied law. He is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and the Bar Council of India. He has appeared as counsel in various matters in Bombay Sessions Court and High Court.
